Regarding hazardous wastes, according to the License for hazardous waste treatment, the Company leases a part of the land from Barotex Shoe Factory as a transshipment and waste storage warehouse in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 36/2015/TT-BTNMT dated 30 June 2015 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on hazardous waste management in Tan Quang commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province. The hazardous waste transshipment warehouse is built with complete legal documents, in accordance with current regulations and legal standards, has a closed roof, is far from water sources and is equipped with fire prevention and fighting equipment... no release odors. In particular, the wastewater treatment process is classified by workers and immediately transported to the factory for processing.
